Effective date: 10 August 2026. These Terms govern your use of https://whiskyconcierge.co and enquiries you submit through it.

Whisky Concierge provides independent whisky advisory services, including recommendations, sourcing assistance, collection guidance and tasting experiences. We are not a retailer checkout in the ordinary sense; bottle purchases, shipping and third-party supplier terms may apply separately when sourcing proceeds.

By using the site you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. Please enjoy whisky responsibly.

Website content is general information and marketing description of our services. It is not personalised advice until we have engaged with your brief. Independent advisory means we are not affiliated with any distillery, retailer or auction house.

Submitting a contact form, consultation request, occasion enquiry or business enquiry does not create a confirmed booking, purchase or supply contract. We will confirm scope, fees and timing in writing before paid work begins.

Fees, deposits, cancellation and refund arrangements for tastings, sourcing and advisory work are set out in the proposal or confirmation for that engagement. Do not rely on website copy alone for payment or refund outcomes.

You agree not to misuse the site (including attempting to disrupt security, scrape content at scale, or submit abusive or unlawful material).

To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law and other non-excludable rights, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you cannot contract out of.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Courts in Australia may hear disputes, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
