We build the whisky list, refresh it seasonally, and write the briefing notes your floor staff actually use. Annual retainer, from around $3,000.
Bottle supply
Bottles sourced through us at trade margin, volume-tiered.
Event hosting
We host the whisky moment at your event, at our standard presentation rates.
Never be caught out
A guest asks for something that was never on your list. Right now that means calling around during service, or saying no.
Retained partners get a standing reserve: a small set of rare bottles held for you, and a maintained list of what can be obtained and how quickly. Your floor knows what it can promise before the guest asks, not after.
Requests answered within one business day, Sunday to Thursday.
