Corporate Gifting
Most corporate gifts are forgettable, and everyone involved knows it. A bottle chosen properly, presented properly, is not.
Two ways to work together
One-off
A round of client gifts, an end-of-year send, a thank-you after a deal closes. You tell me the number, the tier and the date. I handle selection, packaging, personalised notes and delivery.
Ongoing
For a business that gifts throughout the year rather than once. I hold a standing profile of your tiers, your recipients and your approval process, so each round starts from what is already known instead of from scratch. Milestones, new client onboarding and deal closes are covered as they arise, and the end-of-year send is planned well before September.
Pricing
Tiers can be mixed across one list. Most programmes use all three.
Recognition
$150 to $300 per recipient
Staff thank-yous, broad client lists, event send-offs. A good bottle, properly presented.
Featured
Relationship
$300 to $800 per recipient
Clients and partners who matter. Something they would not have bought themselves.
Landmark
from $800
The gift that marks a deal, a partnership or a retirement. Rare, allocated, or chosen for the person.
What we handle
Selection
Selection across tiers, so a mixed list still feels coherent.
Packaging
Branded gift boxes, glassware and coasters.
Provenance card
A printed provenance card with each bottle.
Personalised notes
Personalised notes, handwritten where the relationship warrants it.
Delivery
Delivery to one address or to many, including interstate.
Procurement
Procurement, invoicing and approval paperwork handled without chasing.
The gifting calendar
| When | What |
|---|---|
| End of financial year (June) | Client thank-yous, partner recognition |
| End of calendar year (Nov–Dec) | The main send. Book by September. |
| On a deal closing | Landmark tier, held ready |
| Staff milestones | Anniversaries, promotions, retirements |
| New client onboarding | Recognition tier, sent on signing |
Gifting policies
If your recipients work somewhere with a gift policy, tell us early. We will work within it, and where a bottle is not appropriate we will say so rather than send one anyway.
Where alcohol is not an option, we substitute within the same house: a decanter, crystal tumblers, or a collectible whisky book. Same tier, same packaging, same written note. Where nothing physical is appropriate, a donation in the recipient's name is often the right answer.
What we do not do
We do not send hampers, and we do not send the same bottle to two hundred people because it was available. If the list is large, the tiers do the work.
Request a proposal
We are opening corporate gifting shortly, and taking a small number of clients to begin with. Tell us what you have in mind and we will come back to you on whether we can do it properly for your date.
