Information we collect may include: your name, email address, phone number, message content, newsletter preferences, and technical data such as security challenge tokens needed to protect forms.
We collect information when you submit a contact enquiry, consultation request, occasion enquiry, business enquiry, newsletter signup, or similar form; when you communicate with us; and when our site logs basic security and analytics events.
We use personal information to respond to enquiries, deliver advisory and tasting services you request, send transactional emails about your submissions, send marketing emails only where you have subscribed, improve the website, and meet legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. We use service providers who process data on our behalf, including hosting (for example Vercel and Supabase), email delivery (Resend for transactional messages), newsletter delivery (Kit), bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile), and privacy-respecting analytics (Umami). Those providers only receive what is needed to perform their role.
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or de-identify it where practical.

Our website is intended for people aged 18 years or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
