- I will ask about the occasion, the person, and what the bottle needs to do.
- You do not need to know anything about whisky. Most people do not, and that is the point of calling.
- If I can help, I will come back to you within a day or two with two or three options and the reasoning behind each.
- If I cannot help, I will tell you that too.
